We take pride in offering one-on-one practice sessions with a GP Tutor. You will do cases with your tutor, after which feedback will be given. After scheduling an appointment through our booking page, you will receive a ‘Google Meet’ Link before your session. It is advisable to log in promptly to maximize the session duration.

There are no additional charges if the session runs longer than planned. Our aim is to provide uninterrupted support for your needs.

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may prevent your attendance at a session. It is strongly recommended that you inform us within 3 days of your session to facilitate the rescheduling of the session. Please note that rescheduling is contingent upon your Tutor's availability, as they too are practicing GPs. For this reason, we do not provide refunds. To help us rearrange your session, please kindly email us as soon as possible if this happens, many thanks. 

In the unlikely event that the tutor is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed in advance, and an alternative date/time can be arranged. If however, this is not an option for you, a refund for that specific session will be issued.

• Recording audio or video during sessions is strictly prohibited. Any discovery of such recordings will lead to the immediate cancellation of tutoring services without a refund.
• Full payment of the package chosen is required before the commencement of the first session of the package.
• Our service fees can be settled using PayPal, and it's important to note that all transactions are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or aggressive behaviour towards our tutors. Such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of tutoring services without a refund. 
• While we strive for high-quality tutoring, it's crucial to understand that payment is for the tutoring session and guidance. We do not guarantee or accept liability for examination or assessment results.
